About the role
We are looking for Technical Analysts (Junior – Middle Level) to join our banking project and support critical payment system operations. In this role, you will be involved in analyzing business and technical requirements, monitoring payment-related applications, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system enhancements to ensure smooth and reliable transaction processing.

Key responsibilities
Support and analyze payment system applications and related business processes.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application or transaction issues.
Coordinate with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.
Analyze system requirements and assist in translating business needs into technical solutions.
Perform data validation and support issue analysis related to payment transactions.
Monitor system performance and support incident resolution activities.
Assist in system testing, implementation, and production support.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and analysis results.
What we're looking for
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
1–5 years of experience in Technical Analyst, System Analyst, Application Support, IT Support, or related roles.
Understanding of payment systems, transaction processing, or banking applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with SQL and database concepts is an advantage.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
Willing to work on a contract/project-based engagement.
