IT Technical Lead

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, solution delivery, or technical leadership roles.

Proven experience in enterprise workflow implementation and integration across large-scale enterprise applications and business processes is an advantage

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.

Experience working with workflow automation and orchestration platforms (e.g., Back base, Camunda, or equivalent enterprise workflow solutions).

Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source code management, and deployment processes.

Experience in managing technical dependencies across multiple systems, applications, and business domains.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable enterprise workflow solutions.
