IT Technical Support
Salary: RM 3,200 – RM 4,300 per month
About the role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented IT Technical Support to support our Sales team and driving the company's success. This is a full-time position based in Taman Universiti, Johor Bahru, where you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
What you'll be doing
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Support customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to explain product features and benefits.
Provide technical clarification and consultation during the sales process.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, market developments, and industry trends.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, or technical sales within the IT industry.
Good understanding of IT solutions such as networking, security, software licensing, artificial intelligence, and related technologies. etc.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and non-technical users.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose practical and effective solutions.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to build good long-term client relationships.
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
