Job Description

We are looking for an IT Technical Support Field Engineer who can provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
  
• Computer & Laptop hardware troubleshooting
  
• Installation and configuration of printers & peripherals
  
• Installation & support of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
  
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Biometric / Attendance Machines
  
• Network troubleshooting (LAN / basic router configuration)
  
• User support and onsite IT assistance
  
• Coordination with remote support team if required
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting
  
• Basic understanding of networking
  
• Experience with CCTV installation and configuration
  
• Knowledge of biometric attendance devices
  
• Ability to handle desktop & laptop hardware issues
  

? Qualification

• Diploma / Graduate in IT / Computer Science
  
• Certification in Hardware & Networking preferred
  

Additional Requirements

• Willing to travel for onsite support / On demand Call / Visit to Client Site .
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Two-wheeler preferred
