IT Technical Support (Government, 18-22K)
Salary: $18,000 – $22,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1-1.5 on-site & remote support.
Perform system configuration, connection and security control.
Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for system maintenance.
Contact & Consolidate system information from vendors.
Resolve O365/M365 related issues including Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint, escalating complex issues to the line manager as necessary.
Prepare and produce stock take report and maintain system documentation.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in IT, computer science or a related field.
3 years experience in IT support / system maintenance.
Hands-on experience with PC/Mobile/iPad support.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
Able to work independently, willingness to learn.
Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
