IT Technical Support (L1 / Jr)
Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000 per month
Provide first-level technical and end-user support for IT-related concerns.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Install, configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment and devices.
Perform software installation, updates, operating system upgrades, and basic administration.
Conduct routine system monitoring, health checks, preventive maintenance, and security updates.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and configuration records.
Document incidents, service requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for technical support and warranty concerns.
Monitor and follow up on IT support tickets and service requests.
Prepare regular reports on IT incidents, assets, system status, and maintenance activities.
