IT Technical Support Specialist

Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month

About the role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and resourceful IT / Technical Support Specialist to join our growing marketing agency. Our company handles multiple brands through TikTok, Shopee, and other live-streaming platforms. You will be knowledgeable in OBS Studio, audio/video configurations, and live-streaming technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain OBS Studio for daily live-streaming operations
• Ensure proper noise cancellation, clear audio, and stable video quality for every live session
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts
• Maintain computers, cameras, microphones, and other streaming equipment
• Optimize streaming setups and recommend technical improvements
• Provide general IT and technical support to the production team

About you

• Knowledgeable in OBS Studio (Open Broadcaster Software)
• Familiar with noise cancellation, noise suppression, audio filters, and microphone settings
• Able to troubleshoot audio, video, camera, lighting, and live-streaming issues
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, networking, and basic IT troubleshooting
• Can configure and optimize OBS settings for smooth, high-quality live streams
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues quickly during live sessions
• Tech-savvy, resourceful, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and technologies
• Experience in live-streaming production is an advantage
• IT graduates or applicants with relevant technical experience are welcome to apply
