IT Technician - based in Kulai

Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support the IT function

• Liaise with HQ corporate IT and customer for any requisition on user registration for emails, financial systems, SAP, Amazon services and others.

• Manage server equipment and systems, computer systems, printers, antivirus and end user applications, networking and phone system related matters.

• Troubleshooting on computer issues

• Monitor and report on any information intrusion incidents and activate strategies to prevent further incidents.

• Maintenance and upkeep of the asset

• Ensure work activities compliance with ISO and company policies

• Design and develop web based applications or mobile application (ios and android) to support Industrial 4.0 revolutions

• Any other reasonable task assigned by superior or management

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Min Diploma in Information Technology or relevant

• 1-2 years experience in similar position

• Knowledge in building Websites or Portal with coding such as PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc..

• Knowledge in Mobile Application Development (ios and android).

• Experienced in computer, networking and troubleshooting will be an advantages.

• Knowledge in Cisco switches and routers.

• Attended the CCNA/CCNP courses will be an advantage.
