Colas Rail Egypt is seeking an IT Technician to join the CML1 Project team in Bab El Louq, Cairo. This role offers the opportunity to work within an international railway environment, providing hands-on IT support and ensuring employees have the technology and tools needed to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hardware upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity issues.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Track and manage IT asset requests.
• Provide timely and professional IT support to project users.
• Ensure IT-related requests are followed up and resolved efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or a similar IT Technician role.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
