Salary: £27,000 - 27,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Strong interest in technology, AI, automation, and systems improvement
  • Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technician roles is preferred but not mandatory
  • General knowledge of Windows, macOS, printers, Wi-Fi, and common software issues
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of ecommerce, warehouse systems, or manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical individuals
  • Organized and methodical approach to troubleshooting and documentation
  • Willingness to learn and grow into broader IT and systems roles
Responsibilities:
  • Support users across office, warehouse, production, and ecommerce operations
  • Troubleshoot IT issues related to computers, printers, scanners, phones, and business software
  • Educate staff on optimizing the use of existing tools, including Google Workspace and AI tools
  • Participate in automation and workflow improvement projects
  • Identify and improve repetitive manual tasks with better systems or tools
  • Assist production and warehouse teams with their technological needs
  • Log and organize IT issues, fixes, and documentation appropriately
  • Learn from IT colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility
  • Work on projects that visibly impact the companys operations
