IT Technician

Salary: £30,000 - 36,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• We have strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, and networking technologies.
• We have knowledge of networking, Cyber Essentials, anti-virus, and backup.
• We have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical colleagues.
• We can prioritise effectively, work accurately, and solve problems under pressure.
• We have excellent communication skills and teamwork, with flexibility and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• We provide on-site and remote IT support, maintaining infrastructure and M365 platforms.
• We ensure Cyber Essentials Plus compliance and assist with audits.
• We manage networks, SharePoint, telephony, and mobile device systems.
• We configure, deploy, and maintain hardware, virtual desktops, and software updates.
• We perform backups, monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery.
• We keep IT documentation accurate and up to date and manage IT assets.
• We liaise with external support partners and suppliers.
