Description
1. IT System Support
Maintain and troubleshoot the auction system and related software.
Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Ensure the auction system operates smoothly during daily operations and auction sessions.
2. Network & Internet
Monitor and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network issues.
Ensure stable network connections for office operations and online auctions.
3. Telephone & Communication Systems
Maintain and troubleshoot office telephone systems and extensions.
Assist with telephone, communication device, and connectivity issues.
4. Hardware & Technical Support
Perform basic hardware repairs, equipment installation, and maintenance.
Coordinate with external technicians or service providers for major repairs.
Monitor IT equipment and report any damage or technical issues.
5. IT Maintenance & Administration
Install and configure computer software, operating systems, and required applications.
Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, and basic system documentation.
Assist with data backup, system updates, and basic IT security measures.
6. Website & System Development
Assist in drafting and developing system software requirements based on the company's operational needs.
Plan and design website flow, including user navigation, page structure, and process flow.
Identify and propose website features and functions required by the company.
Prepare website layouts, system flowcharts, and basic technical documentation.
Coordinate with website developers or software vendors to ensure the system meets the company's requirements.
Test website functions and system features, identify issues, and coordinate necessary improvements.
Monitor website performance and ensure the website operates smoothly and efficiently.
7. System Requirements & Improvement
Gather requirements from relevant departments regarding website and system functions.
Propose improvements to existing systems, software, and website features.
Assist in developing and improving online auction processes and user experience.
Ensure website information, auction listings, and system functions are accurate and up to date.
