What We Value
We understand that an IT Technician may not know how to handle every technical issue from the beginning.
We are willing to teach and provide guidance, but the candidate must also be willing to learn, think, research, practice, and improve.
When facing a problem, we expect the candidate to develop the habit of:
Understand → Check → Analyze → Troubleshoot → Research → Try → Verify → Document → Learn
We do not expect:
“I don't know, so I cannot do it.”
We value:
“I don't know yet, but I will try to understand it and find out how to solve it.”
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to become a dependable member of the IT Department — someone who can gradually take on more responsibilities, work independently, support the team, and grow together with the company over the long term.
