Job Responsibilities:
To support the production IT equipment e.g. : PC, CCTV, Scanner and barcode printer
First Level support on traceability system and escalation to software engineer on the system
Data crunching of traceability system or generate the OP for customer/ production request
Helpdesk Support for production office user
To suggest cost saving solution of IT equipment for manufacture environment
To support System engineer on deployment of antivirus and system control tool
Job Requirement:
Diploma in IT or relevant qualification
Minimum 1 years experience in handle IT (Hardware & Software)
Good communication skill
Entry level on SQL knowledge will be added advantage
