JOB DESCRIPTION :
IT Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, systems, and network infrastructure to ensure smooth and optimal IT operations within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of information security and device installation
Up to date with digital technology developments
Disciplined, adaptable, and possess good problem-solving skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
