Summary
On-site IT Technician in Kwai Fong providing helpdesk, system, and network support to end users at branch offices, including PC installation and remote/onsite troubleshooting; shift duty required. Entry-level IT support role at a bus transport group.
Requirements:
F.5 or above
1-2 years working experience in IT support and front-end support is preferred
Immediate availability is preferred
Job duties:
Provide On-site system and network support for branch
Provide remote and onsite support to end users
Provide helpdesk support of IT systems
Install or set up PC or other PC related equipment
Shift duty is required
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
Alternate Saturday 09:00 to 13:00
