IT Technician - Level II

Requirements:

-2+ years of hands-on MSP, or Field Technician Experience (preferred)

-Strong written and oral communication skills

-Current Industry Certifications (Preferred)

Proficiency in:

-Windows Server and desktop (build and migration)

-Exchange Server and O365 support

-VoIP

-Antivirus Solutions

-Virtualization (VMWare or Hyper V)

-Cloud Hosting (O365, M365, Azure)

-Networking (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless)

-Printers/Scanners

-Backups/Recovery and test restore

-Various hardware and software troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

-Provide expert IT services both remotely and on-site

-Support clients primarily in RI, with potential travel in the Tri-State area

-Maintain a self-motivated work ethic

-Possess reliable transportation

- Work with various software and hardware vendors for support
