IT Technician

Salary: RM 2,300 – RM 2,500 per month

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Installation & Configuration:

  • Set up computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and peripherals in a manufacturing environment.

• Monitoring & Maintenance:

  • Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and networks in a manufacturing environment.

  • Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks.

• Technical Support:

  • Respond to service issues and requests promptly using ServiceNow.

  • Provide support via phone or in-person.

• Hardware Servicing:

  • Repair and replace faulty computer components as needed.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

  • Networking basics (LAN/WAN).

  • Operating systems and peripheral devices.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in shift-based schedules.
