IT Technician

Noratel is looking for an IT Technician to join our IT team and support the operation, maintenance, and development of our IT environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and network services across the organization.
You will work closely with colleagues from different departments, supporting both local and global IT initiatives while contributing to a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment.
Role Purpose
Responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, networks, and business systems.
The role supports users across the organization, resolves technical issues, and contributes to the implementation and continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
User Support
Diagnose and resolve users’ day-to-day software and hardware issues
Provide direct and remote support to IT system users
Assist the IT team in daily operational activities
Hardware & Software Administration
Install and configure computer hardware, office equipment, and required applications
Perform installation and replacement of computer hardware and network cabling
Infrastructure Administration
Maintain, install, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and Network Infrastructure
Administer and maintain Active Directory and Entra ID environments
Provide basic administration and support for Microsoft SQL databases
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Actively participate in IT projects and system implementations
Take proactive measures to prevent system failures
Support continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure
Qualifications & Experience
Technical degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience with 1st and 2nd line support
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Windows Servers, Hyper-V, and Active Directory
Advanced proficiency in Networking
Practical knowledge and experience working with Entra ID and Microsoft 365 Admin Console
Experience working with an ITSM system
Good awareness of Cyber Security
Strong multi-tasking, time management, and documentation skills
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Ability to learn quickly and a desire to expand your knowledge
Good communication skills
