IT Technician

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Hardware Maintenance & Support

• Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTVs, monitors, servers, and peripheral devices.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware component failures (e.g., RAM, hard drives, motherboards, power supplies).

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning on physical hardware.

• Manage physical cable runs and deployments

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine IT processes.

• Maintain clear, thorough incident logs and resolutions for clients

Helpdesk & Incident Response

• Provide fast, professional technical support via phone, or in person.
