• Computer repairs and upgrades
• Windows and Mac troubleshooting
• Virus removal and system optimisation
• Networking and Wi-Fi support
• Data backup and recovery
• In-store and on-site customer support

• Solid computer and network troubleshooting skills
• Enjoys working with customers
• Can explain technical issues in simple terms
• Reliable, organised, and eager to learn
• Able to drive for on-site jobs
