About You
- Have a genuine passion for technology and enjoy working with computers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Writes and speak with ease
- Possess prior Level 1/2 Helpdesk experience
- Retain full unrestricted working rights
Your Duties
- Help staff with day-to-day IT issues at their desk or on site
- Fix basic computer, hardware, software, and connection problems
- Set up, move, and change IT equipment such as computers and monitors
- Support users with their IT needs and answer questions in a friendly way
- Scan and update records for IT equipment and assets
- Make sure IT systems at desks are working properly
