Swan Global in Doha, Qatar is hiring an ERP specialist to implement, customize and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, HR, SCM). Day to day they gather requirements, handle D365 development and integrations, migrate data, and build reports/workflows using Azure, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, LCS, DevOps and Visual Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation, configuration and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, HR & SCM).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Handle D365 customization, development, enhancements and system integrations.
- Manage data migration, conversion, validation and reporting.
- Develop and maintain D365 reports, workflows and technical components.
- Work with Azure, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, LCS, DevOps and Visual Studio.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, user training and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in D365 Finance & Operations, HR and SCM.
- Experience in D365 development, customization, functional configuration and implementation.
- Knowledge of SQL, Azure, DMF, LCS, Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred, particularly Developer, Finance and SCM certifications.
