Role & responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues under the guidance of senior IT staff
- Support users with day-to-day IT issues and respond to technical queries in a timely manner
- Monitor system performance and report potential problems
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security guidelines, and procedures
- Participate in internal IT projects and training programs
Requirements
- Diploma in Hardware & Networking (Good to have)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network protocols
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
