IT User Administration Specialist

We support business units worldwide in achieving key strategic objectives and processes. Within IT Group Functions, we design and manage the entire IT portfolio for GBS.

Key Responsibilities:

Support IT product administration tasks in line with business guidelines

Handle user account management (creation, modification, deletion) and access rights administration

Maintain accurate records of user permissions and ensure compliance with internal policies

Process access requests following defined procedures and approvals

Assist in maintaining documentation and improving administrative processes

Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding activities


Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant professional experience in the field

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

German skills is a plus, but don’t worry if you don’t have it yet — we’ll support you in developing it.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and teams
