IT Vendor Manager (Major FSI)

Salary: $20,000 – $28,000 per month

Key Scope & Accountabilities

· Key deliverables:

- Identify software and licenses provision vendors

- Supporting the governance establishment for managing IT software and licenses critical vendors

· Regularly review business-critical engagements by leveraging the Vendor Risk Framework (VRF) and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

· Participate in and conduct IT vendor performance meetings.

· Conduct executive meetings with IT critical vendors and internal executives.

· Perform the annual outsourcing report assessment jointly with Compliance, Risk, Procurement and other stakeholders to fulfil group and statutory requirements.

· Support IT vendor onboarding and offboarding.

· Manage IT contracts in accordance with Procurement and Financial policies.

Key Requirements

· At least 3 years of proven experience in vendor management, risk management or procurement.

· Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a multinational organisation.

· Strong decision-making aptitude and an agile mindset.

· University degree in IT, project management or business administration preferred, but not compulsory.

· Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin.

· Strong change management, communication and problem-solving skills.

· Results-oriented and detail-minded, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
