1. 具備系統規劃與管理能力，能有效進行資訊系統需求訪談與溝通
2. 熟悉系統管理與維護，包括AD、DNS、File Server、NAS
3. 具備實務網路管理能力，熟悉Firewall、VPN、VLAN、WiFi等相關設定
4. 熟悉機房設備運維與管理（Server、Storage）及故障排除
5.協助推行集團SAP系統導入推行及故障排除

1. Plan and manage IT systems, gather information system requirements, and communicate effectively with users.
2. Manage and maintain IT systems, including AD, DNS, File Server, and NAS.
3. Manage network systems and configurations, including Firewall, VPN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi.
4. Operate, manage, and maintain server room equipment, including servers and storage systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Assist with the implementation and rollout of the Group's SAP system and troubleshoot system issues.
