What we’re looking for:
Italian C1 (mandatory)
English B2 (mandatory)
Previous experience in customer support or contact center (preferred)

Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

What you’ll do:
Handle customer interactions via phone and email
Support clients with queries, issues, and requests
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions
Guide customers through processes and product-related questions
