Cross Border Talents is looking for an Italian and English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support customers using digital products and services.

What you will do

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear information.
• Help users navigate applications and digital services.
• Assist with basic software, system, and network-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and explain possible solutions.
• Document interactions and follow support procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and good English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence working with digital tools and computer systems.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is beneficial.

Location and eligibility

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Existing legal authorisation to work in Portugal is required.
• You must currently reside in Lisbon.
