Support customers of a premium technology and household-appliance brand with sales, after-sales, product, order and delivery inquiries. You'll also perform technical troubleshooting using digital and video-support tools.

- Rotating shifts between 09:00–21:00
- Italian: C1/native
- English required for internal communication
- Previous customer service/support experience required
- Initial contract: 8 months
