Italian-speaking Customer Support Consultant – Sofia / Plovdiv

• Locations: Sofia or Plovdiv, Bulgaria
• Languages: Italian C1 or higher and good English

We are currently looking for Italian-speaking candidates to join an international customer support team in Bulgaria.

No previous experience required! Full training will be provided.

Your responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email in Italian.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support with reservations, booking changes and cancellations.
• Offer suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and professional communication.

Requirements

• Italian C1 or higher.
• Good English skills for internal communication.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team.

Working conditions

• Full-time employment.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts between 09:00 and 19:00.
• Location: Sofia or Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
