Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and troubleshooting.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, effective solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow company procedures and client guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with an international team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

• Native-level Italian (mandatory).
• B2 level of English (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-oriented attitude and a willingness to help others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, if currently living abroad.
