Job Summary

Deliver and facilitate ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage training, ensuring students achieve competency through effective teaching, assessment, and guidance aligned with ITEC standards and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage training programmes following ITEC standards and curriculum
• Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical demonstrations aligned with course objectives
• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions to ensure students master massage techniques
• Assess student performance through practical evaluations, assignments, and mock examinations to measure competency
• Provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to support student development and certification success
• Ensure compliance with ITEC requirements, accreditation standards, and internal standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and assessment documentation for audit and reporting purposes
• Oversee classroom and treatment room setup to maintain a safe, hygienic, and professional learning environment
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and regulatory requirements in wellness and massage therapy
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programmes based on feedback and standards
• Assist in student recruitment activities such as workshops, previews, or roadshows to promote courses and increase enrolment

Required competencies and certifications

• Certified in ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage or equivalent international certification
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in holistic massage therapy
• Familiarity with ITEC examination standards and assessment criteria

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., ACTA/ACLP, DACE, or equivalent)
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring students in classroom or spa settings
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Passionate about teaching and developing future therapists
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
