We are seeking an Item Specialist with knowledge of, or interest in, Item Data Management with an analytical mindset to join the Global Supply (GS) Item Data Management team. You will have a key role in the quote-to-delivery process by ensuring item data consistency and quality.

This role will be based in Araucária, Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily item data creation, maintenance, and lifecycle control in Valmet systems according to Item Data Management processes

  • Collaboration with a network of business professionals to facilitate efficient end-to-end process cycle times

  • Item data quality control monitoring and corrective actions

  • Contributing to the development of new item data related concepts and strategies

Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, or other relevant experience

  • Fluent in English

  • Customer oriented team player with great communication skills

  • Analytical, improvement-driven, and self-motivated

  • Capability utilize technical documentation

  • Experience with PDM/PLM and/or Infor LN, or other engineering or ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience in, or knowledge of, master data management is considered an advantage

  • Knowledge of Valmet or technical products is considered an advantage

  • Willingness to learn new skills with a great team of colleagues!
