Shape how technology transformation gets delivered

Bring your agile leadership skills to a role where you can make a real impact. We're currently recruiting for two Iteration Manager opportunities as part of a significant technology transformation focused on modernising platforms, simplifying technology environments, and supporting the transition away from legacy systems. You'll work with a broad mix of stakeholders, delivery teams and partners, helping people stay aligned, focused and moving forward in an environment that's evolving quickly.

This is an opportunity to lead talented teams, remove barriers, create clarity, and help deliver meaningful outcomes that support the future of technology across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do

• Lead agile planning, prioritisation and delivery activities to help teams achieve predictable and sustainable outcomes.

• Coach and support team members through change, creating an inclusive environment where people can perform at their best.

• Facilitate delivery cadences, remove impediments and continuously improve ways of working across teams.

• Partner with stakeholders, technology teams and external providers to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.

• Coordinate scope, capacity, dependencies, risks and competing demands to support smooth delivery.

• Provide clear reporting, governance updates and delivery insights that enable informed decision making.

• Foster a culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Bring

• Experience leading agile delivery across technology, platform or transformation environments.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across diverse groups.

• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, feedback and capability development.

• Confidence navigating ambiguity and helping teams adapt during organisational change.

• Experience balancing operational priorities with delivery commitments and competing demands.

• Strong communication, reporting and governance capabilities that create clarity and momentum.

• An understanding of technology transformation, platform modernisation or legacy system transition programs.

What We Offer

• Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard.

• 20 days annual leave + 5 days MyLeave (extra leave for what’s important to you).

• Up to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor insurance.

• Partner discounts on private health insurance, tech & appliances, and many more.

• Industry-leading 20 weeks paid parental leave.

• Access to LinkedIn Learning, the award-winning IAG Academy, study assistance and secondment opportunities.
