We're looking for an experienced Iteration Manager to support and enable high-performing Agile teams delivering meaningful technology solutions that improve outcomes for the young people, families and communities we serve.
This role will play a key part in uplifting Agile maturity across our organisation, embedding consistent ways of working, improving delivery visibility, and helping teams continuously improve how they plan, collaborate and deliver value.
Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Delivery Leaders and stakeholders, you will coordinate delivery across multiple squads, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and risks, and provide meaningful sprint and portfolio reporting that supports informed decision making.

In this role you will:
- Facilitate Agile delivery across multiple technology squads and product teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Showcases and Retrospectives.
- Drive the ongoing uplift of Agile ways of working, delivery governance and continuous improvement practices across teams.
- Coach Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices and behaviours.
- Coordinate dependencies, risks and delivery activities across squads to support successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain sprint metrics, team health measures, dashboards and delivery reporting that provide visibility of performance and progress.
- Support capacity planning, forecasting and delivery planning activities to improve predictability and flow.
- Remove blockers and enable teams to deliver value efficiently and effectively.
- Translate delivery insights into meaningful recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, experimentation and continuous improvement.
what we are looking for
- Proven experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or similar Agile leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Agile squads within a technology or digital delivery environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean practices.
- Experience uplifting Agile maturity and embedding effective Agile ways of working across teams and organisations.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics including velocity, throughput, sprint predictability, lead time, cycle time and team health indicators.
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments, dependencies and risks.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to transform delivery data into actionable insights.
- Relevant Agile certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent will be highly regarded.
