About this opportunity
The Role of iTero Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and also providing guidelines to assist team members to work towards achieving operational goals for iTero business in APAC. The incumbent oversees contracts processing, shipment timetables and any other enquiries supporting the iTero business. He or she will also work closely with the technical support; sales and also customer support functions in order to coordinate any activities within the markets supported. At the same time, the successful candidate will also be responsible for learning and understanding the order to cash process across various systems.
Role Expectation
In this role, you will…
Key responsibilities:
- Data processing activities such as scanner contracts, fulfilments, replacements and RMAs, credits and rebills.
- Maintaining data accuracy in system(s) relating to services i.e. warranty, billing, subscriptions, etc.
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities to ensure respective data is in place to support revenue recognition.
- Support projects which are not supported by automation i.e Go Digital
- Managing new purchase of demo and/or evaluation loaner requests with manufacturer(s)
- Monitoring scanner orders shipment status and keeping the regional Align teams about shipment plans.
- Ensuring documentation of supported process and systems are up to date. Researching new ways and alternative methods to improve operational efficiency.
- Generating reports from existing data as and when required.
- Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement.
- Complying with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Participating in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- The incumbent should be able to work within a multi-cultural team and have superior interpersonal skills, able to multitask, as well as set priorities and meet deadlines.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- University Degree/ Diploma.
- Has 3-5 years in operations, or customer support environment, etc.
- SAP and SFDC knowledge will be a great advantage
- Knowledge or experience in dental and orthodontic treatments is a plus, but it is not required.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, result oriented
