Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance. The candidate should have knowledge of LT motors, starters, VFDs, soft starters, cable termination, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of LT motors up to 150 kW.
• Handle DOL starters, VFDs, and soft starters.
• Carry out cable termination, lugging, and glanding work.
• Perform maintenance of heaters, submersible pumps, and LT motors.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and fault identification.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Ensure electrical equipment is maintained safely and efficiently.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in LT motor maintenance up to 150 kW.
• Knowledge of DOL Starter, VFD, and Soft Starter.
• Good practical knowledge of cable termination, lugging, and glanding.
• Experience in maintenance of heaters, submersible pumps, and LT motors.
• Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work in an industrial/plant environment.

Eligibility

• ITI – Electrician is mandatory.
• 2–6 years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Candidates with steel, manufacturing, plant, or heavy-industry experience will be considered.

Compensation & Facilities

• Annual CTC: To be discussed as per experience and suitability.
• Food, accommodation, telephone charges, and leaves will be provided as per company policy after completion of 6 months.
