ITS Technica Support Rep - Dealer (Spanish)

To provide technical / administrative assistance and 1st level support to trained and certified dealer technicians for Carestream Dental, hardware, or software including electro-mechanical support in Spanish. Responds to queries, follows escalation and spare part processes within a timely manner, provides licenses, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implement solutions, along with creation of knowledge.

• Respond to queries either in E-mails or over the phone.
• Daily follow up of open cases to make sure that nobody is ever waiting on Carestream Dental
• Committed to continued training and education supported by the organisation and through self-learning. This may require travel outside of the UK.
• Travel for onsite repairs, installations and services to build hands on knowledge and experience of Carestream Dental equipment and software
• Provide support in English and/or main designated language (French, Italian, Spanish, German) on a daily basis
• Provide technical / administrative assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Carestream dental equipment software, and hardware (Technical Issues, licensing, registrations and Spare parts) in line with published work instructions
• Use logic and troubleshooting skills to solve unknown issues and update Carestream Dental’s knowledge base to help others.
• Competent in the ability to provide support based on block and circuit diagrams.
• Commit to the problem. Be prepared to spend the required time needed to see a problem through to resolution, collaborating with escalation teams and field technicians.
• Build good working relationships with Carestream Dental Employees and customers
• Work cohesively with all team member to support the business and customer needs in line with Carestream Dentals Core Values
• Meeting the departments goals and KPI’s along with maintaining a workload in line with the rest of the team.
• Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function.
