IT系統工程師 IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer

1. 辦公室基礎設施維運與管理

• 負責公司 IT 基礎設施之維運與管理（網路、伺服器及端點設備）
• 確保系統穩定性、效能與可用性，並持續優化整體 IT 環境

2. 集團 / 區域 IT 專案支援

• 支援並導入 Global IT 相關專案，擔任在地執行窗口
• 協助推動網路、端點與身分管理專案

3. Helpdesk 與使用者支援

• 提供員工日常 IT 支援（電腦、軟硬體、網路、帳號與 AD 管理）
• 支援 Microsoft 365 應用（如 Outlook、Teams、SharePoint）問題排除與使用協助
• 確保回應效率與服務品質

4. IT 資產與費用管理

• 管理 IT 設備與資產（電腦、周邊設備等）
• 負責預算規劃、費用控管與採購流程
• 與供應商溝通需求、報價及合作事宜

5. 資訊安全管理

• 執行資訊安全政策與控管措施
• 負責帳號與權限管理
• 支援資安工具與措施（防毒、弱點掃描等）及使用者資安宣導

6. 溝通與協作

• 與內部使用者、跨部門及國內外 IT 團隊協作
• 與外部廠商進行需求溝通與問題協調

1. Infrastructure Operations and Management

• Responsible for the operation and management of the company’s IT infrastructure (including networks, servers, and endpoint devices)
• Ensure system stability, performance, and availability, while continuously optimizing the overall IT environment

2. Global / Regional IT Project Support

• Support and implement global IT projects, acting as the local execution point of contact
• Assist in driving initiatives related to networking, endpoint management, and identity management

3. Helpdesk and End-User Support

• Provide daily IT support for employees (including computers, hardware/software, networks, accounts, and Active Directory management)
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint), including troubleshooting and user assistance
• Ensure timely response and high service quality

4. IT Asset and Cost Management

• Manage IT equipment and assets (such as computers and peripheral devices)
• Be responsible for budget planning, cost control, and procurement processes
• Communicate with vendors regarding requirements, quotations, and partnership matters

5. Information Security Management

• Implement information security policies and control measures
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Support security tools and measures (such as antivirus and vulnerability scanning), as well as user security awareness initiatives

6. Communication and Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal users, cross-functional teams, and domestic/international IT teams
• Communicate with external vendors to coordinate requirements and resolve issues
