Role: Offshore IVA QA Engineer
Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced QA Engineer with hands-on experience in IVA, Chatbot, and Conversational AI testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform IVA and chatbot functional testing.
• Test conversational flows, intents, entities, and NLU.
• Conduct API testing and backend integration testing.
• Execute regression and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects.
• Prepare test cases and test reports.

Required Skills:

• IVA / Chatbot Testing
• Conversational AI Testing
• NLU / Intent Testing
• API Testing (Postman)
• Regression Testing
• REST API, JSON, and JIRA

Good to Have: Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson Assistant, or automation testing experience.
