IVR Application Developer – Cisco CVP/ Amazon Connect
Summary
Develops DTMF IVR applications for contact centers using Cisco CVP (Call Studio, VXML Server, Java custom elements on Tomcat), integrating them with UCCE/ICM routing, agent desktops, and backend REST/OAuth2/XML services, with Amazon Connect knowledge as a plus. Hybrid role (4 days onsite) in Toronto.

Skill Required
• 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development in CVP (Contact Center).
• Cisco Call Studio / Cisco CVP, VXML Server, CVP Custom Elements (Java), Call Studio GUI, Apache Tomcat.
• Java development with client backend integrations (HTTP REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, MS SQL Server).
• Experienced in CVP in Java, API integration, sharing data between IVR and agent desktop, customer self-service solutions.
• Knowledge of UCCE / ICM (integration of CVP IVR applications with UCCE routing scripts, DNIS, queuing to skill group, CTI variables, Finesse Agent Desktop), Cyara.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.
