Janitorial Associate, 2nd shift

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Janitorial Associate, 2nd Shift (Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11:30 pm), as our operations continue to grow. The most suitable individual will be responsible for the following.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• General cleaning within the warehouse – sweeping, dusting and dumping garbage.
• Painting walls and touch up within the building.
• Stocking of general supplies within the building.
• Has the ability to help with other warehouse functions such as: VAS, unloading containers and picking/shipping orders.
• Must be able to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the assigned area.
• And any other duties needed to help fulfill our mission.
• Keep safety a priority.

Qualifications:

• 1 + year of work experience in a related field.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Must be able to report to work as assigned (eligible for overtime).
• Work on a team that supports each other to reach our customer/company goals.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• US work authorization required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11:30 pm
• Consent to a background check.

The base hourly rate for this position is $20.50 to $22.50. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographic location and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role.
