$250.00 Signing Bonus!
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday
Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm

Job Duties:
- Cleaning restrooms
- Taking out the trash
- Sanitizing
- Sweeping
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Outside – mowing, weeding, mulching, planting, and trimming trees, picking up litter and debris in the parking lot, emptying grills.
- Snow removal during the winter season.
- All other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old
- All training provided for use of special equipment (Lawn care and snowblower)
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Snow removal and landscaping required, we’ll train
- Bending, walking long distances, squatting, stooping
- Stand for 4 hours with break
- Communicates well with the public
- Customer service skills
