Janitorial Cleaner- Franklin - FT (Production 3rd Shift)

Position Details:
POSITION TYPE: Full -Time
PAY RATE: $15.00/Hr
SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00AM
PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday
What the job looks like:
- Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
- Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean glass and doors.
- Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and basic grounds maintenance tools.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous janitorial or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Steel toed boots or shoes required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
