What the job looks like:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production facility. This position is responsible for cleaning and servicing common areas, restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and other assigned areas while ensuring all supplies remain fully stocked.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and floors.
• Clean and maintain break rooms, including tables, countertops, appliances, sinks, and floors.
• Clean hallways, entrances, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms and shower houses.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Refill and stock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and other hygiene products.
• Restock break room supplies as needed.
• Clean glass, doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Follow all facility safety policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and transportation
• Steel toed boots or shoes required.
