What You’ll Do
As our Janitorial Manager in Training, you will work alongside experienced operations leaders to learn every aspect of facility care. In this hands-on Custodial Supervisor in Training position, your daily focus includes:

Training and supporting on-site cleaning crews to maintain pristine client facilities.

Inspecting buildings to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.

Stepping into a Cleaning Operations Supervisor mindset by coordinating daily supplies, equipment, and shift workflows.

Serving as the primary point of contact for the client during the afternoon and evening shift.

What You Bring To The Team

Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation (required).

Strong leadership potential, dependability, and a hands-on work ethic.

Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or team lead roles is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential!
