Pay: $16.00 / hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM –6:30 PM
Location: Old Mt. Holly Road area, Goose Creek, SC 29445 (On-site Manufacturing Facility)
Requirements: Previous supervisor or management experience required. Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and long sleeves in manufacturing zones).

What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and support our daily operations as a Janitorial Site Supervisor.
Direct the team as a hands-on Cleaning Site Supervisor to maintain high standards across all manufacturing and office areas.
Serve as the primary Janitorial Lead, conducting daily quality checks and ensuring proper use of required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and long sleeves).
Build strong workplace culture while keeping site safety top of mind.
What You Bring To The Team
Prior supervisor, manager, or team lead experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, or production environments.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of supporting and motivating crew members.
Commitment to workplace safety standards and proper PPE compliance.
