Pay: Starts at $24.00 per hour

Location/Work Type: Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort, SC (On-site)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Requirements: 1+ years supervisory experience in commercial/educational cleaning; ability to lift up to 35 lbs; valid background clearance

What You’ll Do: As our Supervisor, you partner with operational leadership in a vital role and as a supervisor to ensure our educational partner’s facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Direct, train, and motivate the evening custodial team across daily task routes and deep-cleaning zones.

Conduct detailed quality inspections to maintain top-tier cleanliness, safety compliance, and protocol adherence.

Support inventory control, equipment safety checks, and special floor-care project execution.

Serve as a reliable, proactive point of contact for school administrators and branch management.

Work together with your team.

What You Bring to the Team

1+ years of demonstrated leadership experience as a Janitorial Assistant Manager, crew lead, or facilities supervisor.

Working knowledge of commercial cleaning chemical safety, standard floor-care equipment, and team scheduling.

Exceptional communication skills, a team-first mindset, and strong attention to detail.

Physical ability to walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout a shift.

Ability to pass state and national background checks required for educational site access.

Bilingual with Spanish - Preferred
