This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on high standards of hygiene and organization.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Maintain floors through regular buffing and care to ensure safety and aesthetics.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with environmental guidelines.
- Provide porter services by managing supplies and assisting with the movement of equipment or furniture as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
